We have made it our mission to provide wholesome and delicious vegetarian and vegan options to our community. Our ingredients include local, gluten-free, organic & GMO free fruits, vegetables & eggs from farmers in a 30 mile radius from our cafe in Frenchtown, New Jersey. Our Juice Bar is dedicated to the modern art of juicing. We also make some amazing smoothies. Our culinary team is led by Chef Don Gray and we are - collectively - dedicated to getting good food, directly to your mouth.
The vegan & gluten-free menu is what makes Pulp Cafe unique. The inspiration comes from our own Frenchtown's consciousness of health and community. All the dishes on our menu are prepared by a team that is looking to provide a vegetarian experience. Local produce, gluten-free alternatives, and an organic experience.
