Vegan Food that is Healthy & Tasty
We have made it our mission to provide wholesome and delicious vegetarian and vegan options to our community. Our ingredients include local, gluten-free, organic & GMO free fruits, vegetables & eggs from farmers in a 30 mile radius from our cafe in Frenchtown, New Jersey. Our Juice Bar is dedicated to the modern art of juicing. We also make some bangin' smoothies. Our culinary team is led by Chef Don Gray and we are - collectively - dedicated to getting good food, directly to your mouth.
Local organic tofu, cooked with local spinach, mushrooms and onions. Served with rosemary potatoes and Pulp's Kale.
Topped on a sprouted corn tortilla, we layer organic re-friend black beans, avocados, cheddar cheese and two fried eggs and finish with homemade salsa. Accompanied by rosemary potatoes and Plup's Famous Kale. V option includes tofu and garlic cashew cream.
Vegetable lentil loaf with balsamic tomato glaze, rosemary mash potatoes choice of asparagus or sauteed greens and house sage gravy.
Tofu Stir Fry
Tofu, carrot, red pepper, swiss chard, bok choy, scallion, stir-fried in orange-sesame sauce, served over vermicelli rice noodles.
Kohlrabi, broccoli rabe, chickpeas in a coconut milk curry, basmati rice, minted raita, avocado.
